Writer/Director/Producer: Meryem Ersoz
Meryem Ersoz is one of Colorado's top film producers. She has produced feature films in budgets ranging from $200,000 to $3 million, including two award-winning films currently in distribution, under her own film label, Black Wing Digital Entertainment.
Under her commercial label, Red Pine Studios, Meryem also provided all of the local Colorado production services for the feature film, DEAR ELEANOR, directed by Kevin Connolly. She has worked on set with a range of notable film stars, including Malcolm McDowell, Jessica Alba, Luke Wilson, Dean Cain, and Ione Skye. Before becoming involved in feature film production, she worked in TV broadcast, producing nationally televised sporting events with a focus on triathlon.
Between feature film productions, Meryem owns and operates Red Pine Studios in Boulder/Arvada, where she regularly produces commercials for regional and national campaigns. Regional commercial clients have included Boulder Neurosurgical Associates, nSpire Health, Rocky Mountain Health Insurance, and Colorado Center for the Blind. She has also worked on national campaigns for Audi/Ducati, dish Network, Comcast, Conoco, Wendy’s, and more.
In addition to producing, she also works in her local market as a cinematographer and digital imaging technician. Career highlights include shooting for LION ARK, a film about the rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing of 20 Bolivian circus lions at the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg, Colorado. She also spent three weeks shooting a Nova special entitled ICE AGE DEATH TRAP, about a prehistoric fossil extraction in Snowmass Village. She has also shot short-form science and technology videos for National Geographic and CNN.
She has provided data management services for some of Colorado's largest multi-cam shoots at Red Rocks Amphitheater, where she also worked for Jason Mraz on his music video 93 MILLION MILES.
Meryem is technically savvy, creative, and she is a systems thinker. She has a Ph.D. in American Literature and media studies from the University of Oregon and has found many ways to use that knowledge base in the production of films. She enjoys generating the connections which bring big dreams to life.

President of Air Assets® International, a privately held, aviation ventures company located near Denver, Colorado. Mr. Page has been active in business development within the aerospace industry since 1989. As a pilot himself, Mr. Page has recognized the needs of the aviation industry and prides himself on being one to provide unique solutions, while creating strong relationships with customers.
Mr. Page has successfully directed companies in the areas of wireless telecommunications, on-line aviation maintenance programs, aviation data visualization software, aircraft valuations, and corporate jet sales and charter services. Mr. Page has brokered over $100 Million in aircraft sales. He has established extensive aviation and business relationships in the United States, as well as Europe and Asia, having worked with Boeing, Jeppesen, Flight Safety International, Gulfstream Aerospace, Bombardier, the Federal Aviation Administration and many of the World’s Airlines. As an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers, Mr. Page has helped hundreds of companies, museums and private collectors to value and access aircraft and parts. He has also been featured in the TV show Lords of War and is the host of the TV show Chasing Planes. In addition to flying in several airshows each year, he travels the world to collect WWII aircraft. Mr. Page lives with his family in Nampa, Idaho, where he owns and operates an aircraft sales, appraisal, and charter business.

Our partner to meet the objective of mentorship is a Dallas-based organization that prepares veterans for careers in film and media production through education, mentorships, and job placements. Through our agreement with VIFM, we will be employing 4-8 wounded veterans behind the camera as our crew, putting them to work in various departments such as art, camera, grip, and production team and paying them real wages for real experience.
